At Liz Palmer Home, we take great care in preparing and packaging each item — from antique pieces to curated home décor — to ensure it arrives in beautiful condition.

Processing Time
Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight, size, and destination. We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Special Care for Antiques
Our vintage and antique items require thoughtful packing. While we take every precaution to protect your pieces, signs of age or wear are not considered defects and contribute to each item’s unique character.

Delivery Timeline
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery time may vary based on location and carrier.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. We cannot reimburse orders lost by the carrier.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
